Main living area showing log burner with unlimited logs for the duration of your stay. The 55″ TV has the full SKY HD package including movies and sports. Sound is provided by a Sonos surround sound system. This entire area is underfloor heated.

Patio and area and alfresco dining area which overlooks the field (sadly we do not own the field). There is a barbecue and large storage box here. This area is south facing and becomes a proper sun trap during the warmer months.

The kitchen island connects to the living area which helps to create a social connection between the spaces. The double doors lead to the south-facing patio area where you will find a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and storage.

Convection hob and Louis Tea Rooms’ infamous fresh scones. Louis Tea Rooms is a 5 minute drive up the hill and has its own farm shop and cafe which is a popular lunchtime destination for guests of The Old Sunday School.

Fresh flowers are available as part of our romantic package. Super tasty scones, jam and cream come as standard courtesy of the fantastic Louis Tea Rooms, just 5 minutes up the road at popular heritage and walking location Kit Hill Country Park.

The doors remain open quite a bit in the warmer months as guest choose to connect the inside space with the patio area. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed here and there’s a charcoal barbecue to the right of the main dining set.

The Old Sunday School Bookcase
Our bookcase contains books and board games which include favourites such as Jenga, playing cards, Articulate, Dog Bingo, Bananagrams, I Should Have Known That, Chess, Codenames Duet and Uno. The super fast WIFI router is also situated here.

Lisa and Jay live in the adjoining chapel so are on hand to if you have any questions or issues during your stay. The Old Sunday School has all its own amenities. You can park your vehicle immediately outside The Old Sunday School.

Looking southwest towards St Mellion Golf Resort, Leisure Centre and Spa. In the foreground is the higher end of Harrowbarrow. Just down the hill you will find the Post Office which also doubles as a grocery store which contains essential items.
